Trust me you can use Five star or someone else. am pretty sure they have better customer relations then these clowns
(I might add that our neighbors referred us to them! They had them install an entire new bathroom on the lower level, as well as moving their w/d to the main floor. They were also so pleased with their installations. They sure know what they are doing & besides that, are so nice. We had a father & son team.)

We are thoroughly happy, and couldn't be more pleased at the efficiency & quality of installing our new front loading washing machine in a new place upstairs.
